Capsule room exceeded expectations with spaciousness, surprisingly comfortable for a shared space. The lounge felt cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Clean shared bathrooms with quality Shiseido products brought a touch of luxury. Proximity to Fujikyu Highland was fantastic, just a short walk. However, the daily cleaning from 10 am to 3 pm was inconvenient, forcing me to vacate the sleeping area during those hours. Limited food options in the immediate area were a downside, but a more significant variety was available in Kawaguchiko with a bit of travel. Temperature control in the capsule was a bit tricky, feeling hot initially, but improved later at night. Overall, a unique stay with a few areas that could enhance comfort.

Absoluteley terrible experience! Being forced out from 10am to 3pm was ridiculous, especially when cleanliness shouldn't trump guest comfort. The least I expected was a complimentary upgrade or something, but no, just the same old capsule room for me. I just couldn’t give a good review.

Our stay was super fun, especially with the fun amenities in the shared toilets. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to FujiQ Highland. Plus, the cleanliness was impressive, which was great with five teenagers around!
